Initiating AS IS Material Flow
Day Two of this week is occupied with learning about SCOR Level Two processes and mapping the current state of material flow. The design team must address three things:
1. appropriate level of detail;
2. assembling the geographic maps and characterizing each phisical location using the SCOR Level Two process typed;
3. assembling a material flow performance spreadsheet
