The process of arriving at what to change is similar to material flow disconnects.
for each disconnect documented in the transactional worksheets, describe the changes in the process flow, swim lanes or organization, and technolgy. Next, for each change, have the subteam assess productivity impact as measured in the transaction productivity of the changes.
The more thorough the AS IS work, the better the estimated impact of TO BE solution.
