• PROSIM (Project Manager Simulator) is a software simulation model which allows to manage and planning (step by step) operations about Ship Yard Building. Indeed, the project PROSIM has been applied to support the project management of the Engineering Services of a Military Support Ship Project.

• PROSIM is a joint venture between Genoa University and Fincantieri, the major Italian Ship Yard Construction Company. This project was developed for coordinate the different plants involved in production of new fast ferries with the highly technological conditioning plant or car deck system.

• PROSIM is like a decision support in project management.
