PROSIM - Technique Used (6/9)

• An objective of PROSIM is to be integrated with the most widespread software packages for business.

• PROSIM uses, for coordinate different activities, a logic simulator. In this simulator, some conditions are defined for decide if an activity can start or no :
  • all activity’s predecessors must have reached the budgeted completion point
  • all resources whose activity needs must be available
  • all materials whose activity needs must be ready in the storehouse
  • it must not be incompatible activity already in progress
