COUGAR – Evolution/Adaptation of PUMA System (3/5)
- Differences between COUGAR and PUMA :
- PUMA : for example, if you have a power plant of type 1 where you must do a maintenance intervention, you can use lists of spare parts, such as list 1 : spare parts 1, list 2 : spare parts 2… which are generic, standard. These lists are defined for all products and can be used by each one of them. A product, like a power plant, that you must repair, can’t have a special list of spare parts in PUMA Software, you can use only generic spare parts for maintenance.
This property allows to propose an easier software, in particular for all tasks around spare parts management.
