This paper proposes an dynamic negotiation system based on the integration of simulation federations in logistics networks; the system includes AI (Artificial Intelligence) modules, while the use of HLA (High Level Architecture) creates a framework for combining the simulation and AI techniques inside company ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning).
