Lean Simulation in Supply chain modelling

Abstract:
Lean simulation approaches for applying Modelling and Simulation Techniques can be applied to problems in order to support Small & Medium Enterprises applications as well Early Stages Analysis in large projects, such as Supply Chain Modelling. In this context it is important to carry out feasible studies which provides a known degree of accuracy and a known cost structure. Issues of conceptualisation and development of a strategic model that requires a small amount of significant data in the supply chain modelling are described in this work. From a bibliographic research an analysis on parameters such as the environment for the software implementation, needed inputs for the model, expected output from the model, logic architecture of the model, time of model development is done.
