Abstract:
In this article problems, demands and methods of resolution for the systematic structure as well as the realization of a life-cycle-accompanying, simula-tion-supported assessment of logistic systems in the form of a value-added-service are going to be dis-cussed. The aim is to transfer the tool-based proc-esses of logistic system planning into the opera-tional phase in order to be able to react on future stress on the plant already in the run-up. For that operating and order data is continuously collected via a service platform and is compressed into in-dexes relevant for the analysis. If a problematic operational situation emerges during the following simulation-supported assessment, an alternative structure planning of the plant is initiated to avoid this discrepancy.
