ABSTRACT

Industrial simulations often expand until becoming much more complex than initial design forecasts and this frequently makes it necessary to perform long-term experiments. This paper presents a real case in which a special meta-model developed over a very limited number of experiments was used to solve concrete industrial problems involving many different components and their respective interactions.
